Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were perfectly comfortable and clean, although a little dated compared to the rest of the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location was great with the best tapas bars around the corner. The dining experience was really excellent and very good value for money. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor room and dining drawbacks worth noting.
The hotel was situated in a convenient central location, making it easy to explore Granada. Although the rooms did not match the pictures and had limited views, they were cozy. The service was a mix of wonderful at the reception and apathetic elsewhere, with some issues regarding bill details. The dining options were somewhat cold and limited, especially considering the hotel's size. The rooftop garden provided a nice spot to unwind after sightseeing.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The room, although impressively large and with luxury toiletries in the bathroom, could do with a bit more style as it felt a bit dull. The service was very accommodating, especially with handling car parking, but there were instances of bottlenecks due to guests with too many questions. The location was fantastic for exploring Granada, close to the Muslim district and offering magnificent views, but it was crowded at times. The dining experience had plenty of choices and no queuing involved, although the coffee quality was subpar.
The hotel's rooms, while functional, are a bit tired and not as nice as depicted in the Booking. com photos. However, they are hygienic enough, albeit with a slight smell issue. The service was satisfactory, with the staff being helpful and friendly, though sometimes attending to multiple guests concurrently. The location is ideal for exploring Granada on foot, although some areas needed better cleanliness. The dining experience, while offering a variety of choices, was not outstanding enough to stand out during the stay. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
The hotel's rooms were very clean and comfortable, although they did not match the deluxe photos as advertised. The noise from the rooftop terrace was a drawback, with chairs scraping the floor, but I found the air conditioning to be quiet. The staff provided excellent service, including a thoughtful birthday gesture with Cava and cake. The location was ideal, walking distance to many attractions, although lacking a bit of excitement. The dining experience was good with a variety of options, and the facilities were well-maintained.
